In-Person Courses The course deposit is due upon registration to hold your place in class, send out any applicable kits, and enroll you into the online training course. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the course date to finalize and confirm any model bookings.
Specialty 1-Day advanced courses such as Colour Through the Skin and Glider Day, or fully online courses such as Tootaloo Tattoo Removal or MicroLash Lifting, are due in full at the time of booking.
Our training classes are booked well in advance and with class registration positions being at a premium, please be advised that there are no refunds on deposits or course fees once paid. However, deposits and/or fees are transferable to other course dates as available and are also assignable to another individual up to 12 months from the date of deposit providing written notification is received no later than 14 days in advance of the course date. Monies paid will be forfeited after 1 year and a day.
Your place in the class is not secured until the deposit and the signed Training Contract is returned to the academy. We operate on a “first come, first serve” basis, therefore, it is important that the Training Contract is returned as soon as possible to ensure the student’s spot in the course.
It is the responsibility of the registrant to have the course date verified in writing by the school prior to making provisions for time off, hotel bookings, flight reservation or other commitments to avoid miscommunication or misunderstanding.
The student is responsible for daily class attendance and punctuality. Incomplete training as a consequence of missed days or tardiness falls on the shoulders of the student.
Online Courses
The full course payment is due upon registration. This guarantees access to your account in the online training portal and for any applicable kits/supplies to be shipped out to you immediately.

This means you can drop in to any class you’ve already taken to observe any procedures you feel needs support or technique refreshing. Observation forms are available here.
